Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Supplier We have been purchasing on Alibaba for over 10 years and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars across multiple suppliers, but this has been the worst experience we’ve ever had. We placed an order for Iridescent Pink Martini Glasses, and after waiting 6 months (instead of the promised 45 days), we received completely wrong products – pink champagne glasses, not martini glasses. The supplier ignored clear written instructions, confirmed “understood” in chat, and still shipped something else. When confronted, they refused to take full responsibility and tried to justify their mistake instead of fixing it. The products we received are unsellable, causing serious financial loss and damage to our business reputation. Avoid this supplier – they do not deliver what is ordered and show zero accountability. Alibaba should review or ban them to protect other buyers.

The seller did indeed process your order according to the contract. You confirmed the contract and the pre-shipment video, which means you accepted the product. However, you claimed the product you received was incorrect, and the seller provided evidence. If it were truly the seller's fault, Alibaba's platform would not approve the seller's after-sales appeal. Furthermore, we genuinely refunded you for the incorrect product as agreed.
I know we treat every customer and handle every after-sales issue sincerely and diligently. Your false comments in the store are truly hurtful, disheartening, and disappointing.
